One of our first creations in the Deluxe Harness Line, Harness #73 is the quintessential base for any outfit. This latex lower harness has 4 grommeted straps that are riveted on for extra durability and are to be used with any of our many lower harness additions. Double d-rings in the center are decorative but can also be used for harness additions, such as a  to attach to an upper harness.
