This skirt is a dream! We love the stretchy elastic waistband w/tie - stretchy and easy to adjust the fit. The flowy ruffled tiers make this skirt feminine and the maxi length is awesome for the season. This skirt is very soft and stretchy - made of polyester, rayon, and spandex.

Stephanie is 5'6 and wearing the 3X, but could also do the 2X. Her measurements are 50"/43"/54" for bust/waist/hips.
