Details: This is a most alluring statement ring featuring a central one carat European cut diamond bezel-set into a carved onyx stone. It's surrounded by a dazzling frame of bezel set European cut diamonds with milgrain details.The sparkle of the stones is  enhanced by the 18k white gold fabrication and scrolling metalwork.

There are finely carved details on the reverse side of the face and a single petite diamond sits on each shoulder of the shank. The ring sits low on the hand and is in very good antique condition. This is an utterly fabulous and chic Art Deco piece! 

The Années Folles was the decade of the 1920s in France- literally means “crazy years.” Indeed, even as France reeled with economic and political instability, the country also experienced a social and cultural revolution. Heavily influenced by American culture, France saw the emergence of the “flapper” girls. This ring captures that spirit to perfection.
